Knot Anymore Sessions can teach you how to relieve your common aches and pains during this time of necessary distance with props you can find around the home.

Group yoga, meditation and movement classes are now available online via Zoom! For group classes, I request a per-class payment of $18-20, which can be paid via Venmo @danawysshealingarts, or via the PayPal "Buy Now" link below. To reduce your per-class costs, I have created Multi-Class Packages available for purchase here. If finances are an impediment to your practice, please send me a message via the form below so that we can find a solution. Thank you for your presence in my classes, and for your contributions!

Tuesdays at 7:30 pm: Gentle Yoga + Meditation (60 mins)
To attend a Group Class via Zoom, you'll want to do the following in advance:
Sign up for a free Zoom account. Do this now, so that you're not scrambling right before class.
Select the link from the schedule above and register for the class you wish to attend.

A few minutes before class, set up your mat space, sign into Zoom, and follow the link from your registration email to join the class. You'll be taken into the waiting room, just like when we're in the studio.
Once you have registered and I have received your payment, I'll admit you from the waiting room to the practice room and we'll practice together. You'll be muted upon entry and can choose to either have your video on (so I can see you as you practice) or off (so that you are invisible to me and to other students). Please do what makes you most comfortable, knowing that "video on" practice facilitates joining in with the energy of the group in a strong way. I look forward to practicing with you soon.
