All in-person public yoga classes have been similarly suspended until further notice, and I am excited to be leading weekly public group yoga classes via Zoom at the following times:
Wednesdays at 12 pm (beginning April 1, 2020)
Tuesdays at 7 pm (beginning April 7, 2020)
To attend either of these Public Zoom Yoga Classes, you'll want to do the following in advance:
1) Sign up for Zoom. Do this now, so that you're not scrambling right before class.
2) Make your payment for class at least 20 minutes prior to the start of any class via either the PayPal Buy Now link below, or you may pay via Venmo @danawysshealingarts.
3) Set up your mat space, gather your props, and sign into Zoom. A few minutes before class time, input my Meeting ID: 796-800-8613 and Password: bewell and you'll be taken to a waiting room.
4) Once class time starts and I have received your payment, I'll admit you from the waiting room to the practice room and we'll practice together. Namaste.
