Private Yoga, Move Well and Meditation Sessions are all currently available via Zoom to help you manage stress and tension and build resilience at this most unusual time. Knot Anymore Sessions can teach you how to relieve your common aches and pains during this time of necessary distance with props you can find around the home. Group movement, yoga, and meditation classes are now available online via Zoom!
For all online group classes, payment options are listed in the drop down menu of the PayPal "Buy Now" link below. Alternately, your payment can be made at the online store, or via Venmo @danawysshealingarts. To reduce your per-class costs, I have created Multi-Class Packages available for purchase here. April 2021 Class Schedule: ***There will be no online group classes on 4/13/21***
Tuesdays at 7:30 pm CST: Gentle Yoga + Meditation (60 mins)
Unwind tensions and center your mind in this gentle, accessible weekly practice. This class is suitable for all levels (including beginners), will address common areas of discomfort, and will leave you with a simple meditative practice to work with for the week ahead. Breathe deeply, practice often, be well.
To attend a Group Class via Zoom, please do the following in advance:
Sign up for a free Zoom account. Do this now, so that you're not scrambling right before class. Select the link from the schedule above and register for the class you wish to attend. Please complete your registration at least 1 hour prior to the class you wish to attend. Thank you! A few minutes before class, take a deep breath, set up your practice space, sign into Zoom, and follow the link from your registration email to join the class. You'll be taken into a waiting room. Once you have registered and payment is received, I'll admit you from the waiting room to the zoom practice room and class will begin. I look forward to seeing you soon!
