Online Move Well Group Classes might be a good fit for you if you're interested in learning new skills in a group environment that you can put to use daily in your home movement practice and in your daily life. Classes currently being offered include:
Move Well Mat
This class combines gentle work that enhances your ability to move through your days from your deeper sources of strength, with mobility and breathing exercises that enhance recovery and rest. You'll want a mat, resistance band(s), and any supportive props you like for comfort in sitting and lying on your mat.
Move Well Strength
This class is designed to guide women from mid-life and beyond in: lifting weights safely with good form, building & maintaining bone & muscle mass, and establishing excellent movement patterns for long-term health, mobility and fitness.
