Take a little time to learn skills that will serve you for life! In this workshop, you'll learn simple, time-tested breathwork practices to support balanced states of mind and body.
You'll learn how to energize yourself when you're tired and sluggish, how to calm yourself when you're feeling scared or anxious, and how to enhance balanced states in just a few moments a day.
Class size is limited to ensure deep learning for all participants.
