Online Move Well Classes
Private Move Well Sessions are available to address your specific needs and issues, and now online group Move Well Group Classes are available to support your ongoing learning as well! Group classes are designed to offer accessible, foundational movement skills and gentle adaptations that most movers can benefit from incorporating into their daily lives and day-to-day activities.
Online Move Well Group Classes might be a good fit for you if you're interested in learning new skills in a group environment that you can put to use daily in your home movement practice and in your daily life. Prior to attending group classes online:
1) Fill out and submit a one-time Registration Form online if you have not done this already. This will only need to be done once, and you'll simply complete and submit the second form (scrolling down) available on the Contact page of this website.
2) Fill out and submit a Waiver and Release Form online. Every student will need to do this once, thank you for taking the time to do this well ahead of our class time!
3) Submit your payment for class or purchase this month's multi-class package for extra savings on classes. Payments can be made via the Online Move Well Store. Thank you for your contributions and your commitment to your practice. Now, you may register for the classes you wish to attend via the Zoom links below.
Please complete these steps well ahead of class time, put your classes on your calendar, and look forward to learning new skills!

June 2025 Move Well MAT Group Class Schedule
This class combines gentle work that enhances your ability to move through your days from your deeper sources of strength, with mobility and breathing exercises that enhance recovery and rest. You'll want a mat, resistance band(s), and any supportive props you like for comfort in sitting and lying on your mat.

This class is designed to guide women from mid-life and beyond in: lifting weights safely with good form, building & maintaining bone & muscle mass, and establishing excellent movement patterns for long-term health, mobility and fitness.
