Move Well Training Sessions*
Our bodies need to move in order to be healthy, balanced, enjoyable places for us to live. Signature Combination Sessions
Move Well sessions combine very well with bodywork, as each supports the work of the other in changing the grip of long-held tension patterns. This combination has grown out of 22 years of study and work with clients, and I've found it to be the most effective way of facilitating the experience for my clients of both joyfully experiencing the body from the inside out and creating meaningful change. As a Certified Prenatal/Postpartum Therapist since 2009 who has worked with hundreds of expecting and recovering moms, I offer knowledgeable and skillful bodywork for every stage of your pregnancy. Prenatal Massage reduces stress and anxiety, relieves muscular tension, helps to prepare your body for a healthy labor, and feels wonderful! Postpartum massage can help to reintegrate the many recent changes your body has experienced, relieve "new mama" neck, and ease lingering hip and lower back pain. There is a precious hour of peace, quiet and nurturing waiting here for you.
Public Yoga Classes
I teach a weekly 75-minute Gentle Hatha Yoga class at Dharma Yoga on Sunday evenings at 7:30 pm, and would love to help you ready yourself for the week ahead.
