Our bodies need to move in order to be healthy, balanced, enjoyable places for us to live. But often, pain, injury, or the inactivity that comes along with modern life can limit both our access to ease-filled movement and our enjoyment of moving, generally. Movement can and should be enjoyable, increase your energy and vitality, and empower you to keep moving in order to feel better and enhance all aspects of your life. Our bodies need nourishment and steady nutritional support in order for us to feel vibrantly energized, clearly focused, and resourced to meet the joys and challenges of our lives.
Dana has spent her career as a movement educator, health coach and bodyworker guiding others toward healthier, more vibrant ways of moving and living. She has studied and taught movement, bodywork, rehabilitation and coaching broadly over the past 25 years while working directly with patients, clients, and students full-time in a variety of settings. She knows without a doubt that an attitude of curiosity combined with persistent daily practice/play can change lives.
Move Well Sessions are customized to meet you where you are and lead you towards becoming a happy mover. In these sessions you'll receive individually tailored programs, tools, ideas and explorations that you can use on a daily basis to improve your experience of life in your body.
Health Coaching and Nutrition Coaching programs help you reach your long-term habit change goals, with enormous support, one steady and doable step at a time. Healthy living is achieved by learning new skills and developing the daily habits that empower you to make and sustain healthier choices, for a lifetime. You can do this! I can help.
