I have been working with Dana Wyss for 5 years now, transitioning from in-person to online (after COVID) and the transition has been seamless due to Dana's amazing ability to really see a person via the computer. It really is as if you are working with her in person EVERY session. She can help monitor your progression and adjust the session to your specific needs, giving feedback on your exercise, stretches and posture. She can tell when you may be struggling and need a modification. And she does all of this with the most nurturing, professional, and compassionate tone and suggestions. I have worked with a lot of different therapists and trainers over the years and Dana is by far the best. She has an excellent grasp of anatomy in general and understands a multitude of conditions, both medical and orthopedic. Lastly, she is always a ray of sunshine full of positive and nurturing spirit who helps energize and support me through very long caregiving days. The Right Track

Gentle and Powerful

Socially distant yoga? Yes! Been seeing Dana for many years now. Was unhappy that the virus meant we had to put things on hold. Au contraire! Thanks to the internet and Zoom, Dana can run your yoga session virtually. Have done it twice now, and once the tech kinks are taken care of, it's almost like being in the same room. Skype Movement Sessions
My teenage boys, who are both athletes, did separate skype movement sessions with Dana. Not only was she able to pinpoint why they were having the pain and limitations that they were, but she was also able to give them exercises to do. After both of them followed the protocol, the tightness and pain subsided. - HM
An amazing advisor on well-being strategies, and human! Have seen Dana regularly since the late 2000's after gym work-outs and for computer shoulder-related stress. Just What I Needed
Dana was lovely for my prenatal massage! I was 31 weeks pregnant and experiencing all the joyful aches and pains that come with the third trimester and Dana treated me like gold. Always what I need
As I age I seem to wrench my back easily as I travel lugging suitcases, lifting them into bins, sitting in uncomfortable plane seats for hours at a time, and in general lifestyle activities in my busy life as a writer, grandmother, and designer. More than body work
I saw Dana for a Blended Bliss session. I've had chronic inflammation, tension, difficult energetic experiences, and more. Dana has a naturally calming presence and the body work we did was deeply restorative, leaving me feeling very relaxed in my body for days afterwards. She was also very knowledgeable about the issues I came in with and recommended very helpful meditations to mitigate difficult experiences and restore balance to my system. I have been using Dana for massage therapy and movement sessions for several years. She is expert at helping me to identify and address persistent issues with muscle tightness. I now can often head off neck tightness or hip pain before it becomes problematic. I’ve seen Dana regularly for about a year. At 36 weeks pregnant, Dana has been instrumental in helping me feel my best throughout my pregnancy. Wonderful prenatal experience
I have been seeing Dana regularly throughout my entire pregnancy. I am 9mths along now and feeling great! She has helped alleviate discomforts such as mid-back pain, numbness in my right quad and very painful sciatic nerve compression. She took the time to share with me ways to sleep and stretch that would continue to help these discomforts. Pain Free
I am aware I need to see Dana regularly to maintain my hip pain free, but it had not been as obvious as recently when for one reason or another I could not attend my appointments for 3 weeks. The pain in my hip will wake me up through the night and be present during the day as well. Two days ago I had an appointment with Dana (at last), and the results have been so dramatic, I needed to share it. I has slept through the night with no pain and I am pain free during the day. The get healthy place
I began seeing Dana a few years ago to help with chronic back injury pain. Her therapeutic skills made a dramatic improvement in my pain management and with continual visits, this particular pain has disappeared. I see her regularly for maintenance purposes, and when I've managed to injure myself--for instance a slightly torn ham string--she knows what that injury means and understands how to address it with massage and exercise (as needed) so healing can happen. - L.K.

Move Well Sessions -- nothing better
I have been feeling great since working with Dana. She facilitates a meditative exploration of what's happening in one's body--mainly through stretches and gentle movements. You gain self-awareness and knowledge that go deeper and last longer than someone telling you what's "wrong" with you and then "fixing" you. Dana's approach lacks the judgment of such an overbearing method, and instead allows for exploration and camaraderie. It works. She eliminated my back pain in 3 sessions. Oct 13 2014, A.H.
The best
I began my weekly Dana massage more than two years ago to relieve the stress of a serious illness. Over time, the massages did more than relieve stress - they opened my chest so I could breath better, worked out sore muscles, and improved my circulation. For the last year, Dana has been helping me get my strength back through movement therapy.
