Group classes offer accessible, foundational movement skills and modifications that most movers can benefit from incorporating into their daily lives. Online Move Well Group Classes might be a good fit for you if you're interested in learning new skills in a group environment that you can put to use daily in your home movement practice and in your daily life. Classes currently being offered include:

Move Well Mat
This class combines gentle work that enhances your ability to move through your days from your deeper sources of strength, with mobility and breathing exercises that enhance recovery and rest. You'll want a mat, resistance band(s), and any supportive props you like for comfort in sitting and lying on your mat.

Move Well Strength
This class is designed to guide women from mid-life and beyond in: lifting weights safely with good form, building & maintaining bone & muscle mass, and establishing excellent movement patterns for long-term health, mobility and fitness. Move Well Glow (COMING SPRING 2026!)
This class is all about supporting lymphatic flow and increasing circulation to every part of your body, and it will make you glow! This is also a great class for those concerned with gut health and releasing tensions that impact healthy digestion. These movements are full-body, flowing, relatively gentle, and quite energizing. Will require the ability to get on/off a mat with ease, and class flow will include kneeling, tabletop, standing and lunging positions regularly. Come flow and get your glow on!
